We pay for tickets with baggage, but in airport charge money from baggage, but I pay for them, we need refund money, we twice pay for them, in airport tell need to write to you, we have tickets about baggage, in airport give to us tickets, see down, I keep them, so what you tell ? Worst service

Need to Change My Flight - VERY URGENT

Hi, I have beeb trying to talk to a customer agent for over a week but the phone line provided is always busy. I called more than 150 times. I needed to change the first departure date but couldnt do it because of this. Now I need to change the return ticket but still unable to talk to anyone. This is being quite annoying. I dont know what to do. I have paid an extra fee for the flexible ticket but now I feel like cheated. The only response I was got was an e-mail telling me to reach them via their telephone number.

User's recommendation: Stat away from Mytrip.

On the 13th September, I book a klm flight from Netherland to Geneva for 12th June, 2023 for 4 pax.

Please cancel my ticket reservation

I paid to purchase a ticket on mobile, but an error occurred in the payment process and asked me to try again. So I paid for another ticket on the same date with a delay.
