J'ai acheté des billets d'avion du Bélize au El Salvador auprès de MON VOYAGE.
C'est fr arrivantfourmi à l'aéroport que nous avons lu que le vol était annulé.
Pas d'agent au comptoir, personne pour nous rediriger et le N Wath'sApp était inaccessible. C'est après de longues discussions avec les agents des autres entreprises que non'ai pvous acheter auprès de TROPICAIR de nouveaux billets pour la somme de 627$.
Depuis le Belize pour le Salvador il n'y a pas d'avions tous les jourss.
P...notre notre callez, jel n'est-ce pas eu pas de vol avant 1 semaine
Nous merdeume fr voyage en Amérique Centrale pour 3 mois.
DéPLtoismon Marie est handicapée HNE lune journée à l'aéroport lui a été très pénible.

At November, I bought a ticket through Mytrip multilets.

For health reasons, at the end of February, I had to change the flight from Beg - Sjj from 13/05 to 09/05, the same day when I arrive in Beg from Vlc and continue to Sjj.
Everything was done well, I received a new electronic ticket by email with the appropriate dates.
Last night, 14/03, I received an email from Mytrip that you, as a company, canceled my flight completely and that you are refunding my money without insurance.
I don't want my flight to be canceled and I don't understand the reason and why you used my insurance to cancel my entire flight.
I don't want to buy a ticket again at a higher price.
I have all the emails and all the confirmations I got from Mytrip when they sent me the new ticket.
Please answer me as soon as possible because my time is as valuable as yours.
Mytrip won't let me communicate with them via chat. They have blocked me.
It's frustrating.

Good morning. I hereby request help from you Mytrip on a tremendously exhausting subject.

Due to the flight change made by Gol I was in transit to the airport, an accident did not allow cars to pass, at that moment
I contacted the call center that takes care of you, they asked me to call GOL Linhas Aereas, I did so, instructions were given twice,
with a history linked to the purchase of tickets, the call center attendants refused to follow the instructions, as a result of which the flight was missed,
I tried to check the refund because a call center attendant, as stated in the conversation, stated that it was on time to be done,
He asked me to wait and didn't do so, then I received an email explaining all the events and services and errors committed by them.
After that, they only gave me an option to pay 3x the purchase price to reschedule.
They always say that they must follow the company's guidelines but they refuse to respond because when they received the service on 12/5/2023 they did not do so,
I was asked if I had a Gol document guaranteeing the exemption even though I knew it wouldn't be possible as I'm not the buyer,
So, based on that, I asked for the same document from them about the possibility of a return already stated to me and they told me that such a document does not exist.
I would like you to help me with the responsibility of the call center for the damages caused to me, I missed my flight, I lost my employment contract, I will miss my return flight as I will not be able to go.
and not even an attitude on the part of the "call center" service, just constant embarrassment and encouragement for me to process mytrip,
because until it turns out that they are a service provider, they just passed by, but refused to say their corporate name.
I know that you are an integral company and I believe that you value the name and quality of the services you provide, and I believe that you are not aware
of all the atrocities committed and all the harm caused by the aforementioned call center. on several complaint sites there is a bombardment of situations
similar.
I ask you to pay attention because unfortunately the call center mentioned is not bound by any principle aligned with a serious company and the consequence
This in the information age is catastrophic.

I was waiting for more than 37 min to reach the call center answer, then I was explaining my request for the lady she responds to my call but had issue with the call signal from your side then I tried to explain my issue, but she never understood anything and I can hear someone is tilling her what to say for me already I called the same day earlier and explained that I need to talk to a supervisor regarding refund my tickets amount due to I didn't get the shenanigan visa from the Germany embassy so it was not in my hand both they replied that the airline wont refund my amount so I called the airline they told me they are fine with the refund but it must be from your side and am in the middle of this *** joke
